China PAT Trademark Opposition Case Recognised as a Top Ten Non-Litigation Trademark Case of 2025

China PAT’s work on the “Renren Weibo” trademark opposition case has been recognised by the Beijing Trademark Association as one of its Top Ten Non-Litigation Trademark Cases of 2025 in the Trademark Office category.

China PAT represented the client in the trademark opposition proceedings before the China National Intellectual Property Administration. The case was selected as one of ten representative non-litigation trademark matters handled at the Trademark Office stage during 2025.

The recognition is a welcome acknowledgement of the work carried out by China PAT’s trademark team and its experience in handling trademark opposition and brand protection matters in China.
