Caihua is a proficient Patent Attorney, she excels in drafting Chinese and PCT international patent applications and translating patent documents between Chinese and English. Her expertise includes patent searches, re-examinations, invalidations, and administrative litigation. Caihua also conducts FTO analyses and handles patent infringement investigations and litigation.

Since 2016, Caihua has been at the helm of the process management department at China PAT. She oversees the procedural aspects of domestic patent applications and coordinates the processing of overseas patent applications in various countries. Her role involves streamlining processes and ensuring the highest standards of patent application management.

In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Caihua is actively involved in educational initiatives. She conducts training courses on domestic and international patent applications, imparting her knowledge to both colleagues at China PAT and to the wider IP practitioner community.
