On 22 January 2017, to ascertain the truth in trademark reviews, in accordance with the China Trademark Law, Implementing Regulations of the Trademark Law, and Rules of Trademark Review and Adjudication, the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (SAIC) released the Measures of Oral Hearing on Trademark Reviews (Exposure Draft), which is open to public advices and suggestions. The public may provide their opinions through the following channels.

 

1. Visit the website of the SAIC(http://www.saic.gov.cn) and enter System of Comments on Draft Laws and Regulations on the right side of the home page to submit opinions.
