The Managing Intellectual Property published a latest issue of the magazine on the theme “Survey: PCT Filings” in October, 2013, with the statistics and competitions on the volume of the PCT Filing in 2012 among the patent agencies in major countries and regions.  China PAT, after the top rank in the PCT Filing worldwide last year, once again ranks first worldwide as top PCT Filing Firm with 1,772 PCT Filings totally.
