The Managing Intellectual Property published a latest issue of the magazine on the theme “Survey: PCT Filings” in October, 2012, with the statistics and competitions on the volume of the PCT Filing in 2011 among the patent agencies in major countries and regions.  China PAT ranked worldwide as Top PCT Filing Firm in 2011 with 1,570 PCT Filings totally.
