In response to the call for building China into an innovative country, many Chinese enterprises have developed their IP strategies in order to strongly push forward their innovation and development. What’s more important for those enterprises is to effectively managing their IP strategies, and effective IP strategy management relies on periodical evaluation on implementation of IP strategy.

This lecture in China Intellectual Property Society in August of 2015 proposed a specific solution for enterprise IP strategy evaluation by introducing specific methods from aspects of strategy overview, IP working system, IP strategy evaluation index system, and IP evaluation methods.
